Darren Ward has rejoined Millwall on a permanent basis following his loan spell at The Den from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Ward, who moved to Crystal Palace at the end of the 2004/05 season after making over 150 appearances for the club, hasn't enjoyed the best of times since moving from The Lions and has fallen down the pecking order at Molineux.

The centre half has made ten appearances for Kenny Jackett's side since returning and The Lions boss moved to capture Ward to bolster his defensive line that has been hit by injury and suspension on a number of occasions this season.
