Williams: Outward bound
In what can only be described as one of the oddest transfer decisions ever made by Millwall Football Club has seen winger Marvin Williams join up with Torquay United until the end of the season.

The youngster will link up with former boss Colin Lee at Plainmoor until 5th May but in an astounding piece of foresight, The Lions have a recall clause after 28 days, should he be needed back at The Den.

In an interview with the club's official site, manager Willie Donachie seemed a tad reluctant to see him go.

"I told Marvin that I didn't want him to go at this stage, but after not being included on the bench last Saturday, he felt he needed to start playing some regular first team football.

"I believe that Marvin has a real future at Millwall. I love home-grown and I see him as a great asset. Hopefully, when he returns to us, Marvin will be a better player for the experience."
