Teenage striker Ali Fuseini has been drafted into tonight's squad for The Lions' Carling Cup clash against Gillingham after impressing manager Nigel Spackman.

The seventeen-year-old, who featured in several of the pre-season friendlies, has caught the eye of the club's coaching staff and has now been rewarded with a possible place on the bench for tonight's game.

"Ali has done very well in both the reserves and during pre-season," Spackman told the club's official site. "He has been impressive whenever I have seen him and deserves to be rewarded for his progress."
